The Rural Municipality of West River reviewed the following questions and concluded the requested information had been included in the RFP accordingly.

• Has the Municipality established a Planning Board for this project? If so, what is the Board’s expected level of involvement in the project?
• Are there any stand-out planning issues that are expected to be a focus during the development of this Plan (beyond the legislative requirement to have a Plan)?
• Is there a budget set for the project?
